Zeulenroda: DRIA GmbH sells a new built REWE to the Gold Tree Group, represented by Montano

Currently the DRIA GmbH has sold a newly developed REWE market in Zeulenroda (Thuringia) to the Gold Tree Group, which is represented by Montano Asset Management. The construction started at the end of 2019 and the completion of the building took place in the IV. quarter of 2020. The property was built on a plot of app. 10.547 m² and got realized with a rentable space of app. 2.790 m² and 128 parking places. Furthermore the REWE Markt GmbH has a sales area of app. 1.900 m². The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
