DRIA’s core competence is German commercial property. All six partners have more than 10 years’ experience in dealing with commercial real estate. The partners draw on their experience in conducting commercial real estate transactions with a total value of more than a billion euros. Furthermore, a number of grocery retailers, retail parks, fast food restaurants, car washes as well as mixed-use commercial buildings have been designed and constructed under the direction of the DRIA partners.
Assets managed in the commercial real estate management sector totalled over 250 million euros.
As the competent asset manager, DRIA currently manages a real estate portfolio with a value in excess of 300 million euros for Australian and Israeli family offices.
