Wuppertal: DRIA GmbH brokers new day care centre

Through the mediation of DRIA GmbH, an institutional investor has acquired a newly built day care centre in Wuppertal. With an area of around 750 m², this new building creates 75 new kindergarten places on 2 floors, which were urgently needed. The property was completed in 2022 and handed over to an established operator who already runs several day care centres. A long-term lease agreement was signed for this location.
During the realisation of the property, various green building aspects were also included in the construction, so that the property was equipped with a heat pump, a PV system and the use of green electricity and meets the most modern requirements for climate-friendly construction. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
