Wolfen: Customers are enthusiastic about the large and modern Penny store

After several months of extensive renovation and expansion work, the Penny discount store on Fritz-Weineck-Straße in Wolfen has finally celebrated its reopening. The modern exterior façade already promises a lot and invites shoppers to come in. Penny’s new and fresh design is well received by its customers.

The entire property was renovated according to the discounter’s latest concept and thus designed entirely according to the tenant’s wishes. In return, Penny has long-termed committed to the location. In addition, an expansion of the rental space also took place. From the previous 930 m², the store was increased to around 1,150 m², so that customers now have access to a sales area of around 865 m² with an extensive range of products.

The property is part of the existing portfolio of the Israeli LAHAV Family Office. DRIA GmbH, which is in charge of the asset management of the property, was entrusted with the planning and execution of the expansion measures as well as with the lease negotiations.
