Wittenberge: DRIA acquires another retail park for LAHAV

In addition to the recently acquired retail park in Sennfeld, Bavaria, the Israeli family office LAHAV has purchased another retail property in Wittenberge, Brandenburg. The shopping center, which was built in 1996, is located on a site of around 40,000 m² and has just under 10,000 m² of rental space, of which around 6,200 m² is let to the anchor tenant Kaufland. Another tenant with around 2,600 m² is a Hammer store. The property is completed by 420 parking spaces and a Total gas station. The transaction and the subsequent asset management are the responsibility of DRIA GmbH, which represents LAHAV throughout Germany and is planning an expansion of the Kaufland store at this location in addition to an energy refurbishment. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
