Recently, a Hamburg-based family office acquired a fully leased residential/commercial building in the city center of Wesel through the mediation of DRIA GmbH. The property was built in 1952 on a plot of around 529 m² and has a total rental area of around 748 m², divided into 8 residential and 3 commercial units. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
