Werder (Havel): DRIA GmbH brokers new Netto building to Berlin Family Office

DRIA GmbH recently brokered a fully let commercial property in Werder (Havel), Brandenburg, to a Berlin family office. The property consists of 3 buildings, which are located on an area of just under 5,000 m² and have a total rental area of around 2,365 m².

The building in which the anchor tenant Netto Dansk has been located with an area of about 1,094 m² was demolished and is currently being completely rebuilt. In return, the discounter has signed a new 15-year lease for the location. The Hoffmann beverage companyn the city of Werder and two other offices have taken up residence in the other rental units. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
