Wassenberg: Action store celebrates successful reopening

On the 1st of July 2023, the grand opening of the new Action store took place on Erkelenzer Straße in Wassenberg, only 8 weeks after the closure of the beverage store previously located there. The property was converted and redesigned entirely according to Action’s wishes. Energy efficiency was also taken into account, so that in future the energy supply will be ensured via a modern heat pump.

Action’s current concept and modern design seem to be well received by customers, as the store has been very well received by the local population since the opening and has seen a large flow of customers. On a total area of around 1,025 m², the Dutch non-food discounter offers a wide range of different everyday items and interesting weekly specials.

The property is part of the portfolio of the Dahlke Family Holding. DRIA GmbH, which is in charge of the asset management of the property, was entrusted with the planning and execution of the conversion measures as well as with the lease negotiations.
