Unna: Dortmund Family Office acquires another retail park via DRIA GmbH

A Dortmund based Family Office had recently acquired a commercial building in Mönchengladbach. Within days after this transaction, the Family Office has purchased another property in Unna for its portfolio. The “Hellweg Center” in Unna was originally built in the 1970s and modernized in 2004. The retail park with the anchor tenants REWE, dm and Takko is located on a plot of around 8,600 m² and has a rentable area of approx. 5,443 m² with 151 customer parking spaces. DRIA GmbH acted as intermediary for the buyer in both transactions. The parties agreed not to disclose the value of the transaction.
