Sunshine Family Office completes refinancing process

The Australian Sunshine Family Office has recently refinanced its properties in Forst (OBI) and Hückelhoven (Burger King and Imo Wash). The funds are to be invested in further growth and the development of the free land areas next to OBI in Forst. Overall, Sunshine plans 2019, next to some selective sales, the purchase of additional properties via DRIA GmbH.
