Stockheim: Australian Family Office acquired retail property

The Australian Family Office, Sunshine Real Estate GmbH, which gets exclusively represented by the DRIA GmbH in Germany, has currently acquired a retail property in Stockheim. The object was built in 2001 on a plot of app. 3.162 m² and has a rentable space of app. 780 m², which is since completion let to the fashion discounter Kik. Kik has recently extended the rentable space from app. 558 m² up to app. 780 m² as well as the runtime of the lease contract. The parties agreed not to disclose the value of the transaction.
