Sennfeld: LAHAV acquires retail park

The Israeli family office LAHAV continues to increase its portfolio with the purchase of retail properties and has recently acquired a retail park in Sennfeld, Bavaria. The property, which was built in 2006, has a total lettable area of around 2,030 m² and is let to a mix of tenants with strong credit ratings. The anchor tenant with around 733 m² is the drugstore chain dm.

The property is completed by the fashion shops Kik and Ernsting’s Family as well as the shoe shop Deichmann and a bakery. Almost 100 customer parking spaces are available to customers while they shop on the approximately 6,270 m² property. DRIA GmbH, which represents LAHAV throughout Germany, accompanied the transaction and is responsible for the subsequent asset management of the property.
