Selb: Netto with new and fresh interior design reopend its doors after extension

Only recently, the Netto store in Selb reopened its doors after extensive renovation and expansion work. The opening was celebrated with a large number of customers. Visitors to the store were able to experience the new and fresh interior design for the first time.

The conversion was realised according to the discounter’s latest concept. In addition, the lettable area was increased from approx. 1,117 m² to around 1,501 m², so that the store’s customers have a broader and improved range of offers for their shopping in this now large-area shopping market. By implementing the modernised conversion and extension measures, Netto has committed itself to the location in the long term.

The property is part of the existing portfolio of the Israeli LAHAV Family Office. DRIA GmbH, which is in charge of the asset management of the property, was entrusted with the planning and execution of the expansion measures as well as with the lease negotiations.
