Schwerte: DRIA GmbH sells another mixed used property in a pedestrian zone

The DRIA GmbH has successfully closed another high street transaction by arranging the sale of a residential- & commercial building in the city center of Schwerte to a Family Office from Paderborn. The property was built at the beginning of the 20th century. The last bigger modernization took place in 2017. The total rentable space of app. 300 m² distributes to a bakery & confectionery with app. 123 m² in the ground floor as well as to a residential areas on the upper floors. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
