Schlotheim: DRIA GmbH advises on a retail center sale

Through the agency of the DRIA GmbH a family office from Baden-Württemberg has currently acquired a retail center in Schlotheim (Thuringia). The property was originally built in 2003 and has a total rentable area of app. 1.649 m², whereof app. 1.077 m² are let to the anchor tenant ALDI. The fashion discounter Kik as well as a bakery and a butcher complete the shopping center. During the last couple of years, the property was refurbised and extended more than once. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
