Reinfeld: Investor from Rhineland-Palatinate acquires petrol petrol station by DRIA GmbH

A property investor from Rhineland-Palatinate recently acquired a petrol station by DRIA GmbH in an excellent traffic location within an industrial estate – directly on the A1 motorway, between Lübeck (approx. 20 km) and Hamburg (approx. 55 km). Due to the direct proximity to the B75 motorway to the north (around 400 m away) and the A1 motorway to the south (around 250 m away), there is a high volume of traffic.
The property with shop and car wash was built on a plot of around 1,981 m² and has been leased to JET Deutschland GmbH since 2017. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
