Prettin: Investor from Munich acquired a supermarket

Again DRIA GmbH closed the transaction of a retail property. Due to the successful agency of DRIA GmbH a professional real estate investor from Munich has currently acquired a supermarket in Prettin, in Saxony-Anhalt.

The property was built in 2010 on a plot of app. 5.882 m² and has a total rentable space of app. 1.046 m², which is long-termed let to the discounter Netto. The seller is a specialized retail developer in Eastern Germany.
