Jena: DRIA GmbH sells a HEM petrol station

A nation wide acting family office has acquired a petrol station in Jena thanks to the brokerage-service of DRIA GmbH. The property was built on a plot of around 2,801 m² and is let on a long-term basis to Deutsche Tamoil Hamburg, which operates a HEM petrol station

at the site. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. Next to stationary retail, fast food and automotive properties are the key fields of DRIA´s activities all across Germany.
