Outlet Remscheid GmbH & Co. KG acquires the retail center Am Stadion from Lahav Family Office via DRIA GmbH

Remscheid, 20 January 2025 – Outlet Remscheid GmbH & Co. KG has signed a purchase agreement to acquire the retail park Am Stadion 11a, 42897 Remscheid. Tenants of the site include the discounter Penny and the drugstore chain Rossmann.
With the acquisition, the company is pursuing a strategic objective aimed at strengthening the retail park in the future through synergies with the Remscheid outlet and the resulting additional footfall. This is intended to increase the attractiveness of the entire site development and the urban appeal.
‘We see this purchase as a valuable opportunity to create an optimal infrastructure and a holistic shopping experience for our customers in the long term,’ explained Philipp Dommermuth, Managing Director of Outlet Remscheid GmbH & Co. KG. ‘The retail park not only offers an ideal location, but also existing frequency drivers that could be of great importance for future networking.’
The company emphasises that the acquisition is a strategic consideration and that concrete development plans in this context will be announced at some point after the completion of the land-use planning process.
