Osterode am Harz: Listed real estate company acquires further retail property via DRIA GmbH

Following the purchase of a Diska store in Saxony, a listed real estate company from Bavaria has now acquired another property in Osterode am Harz, Lower Saxony, through DRIA GmbH, adding another retail property to its profitable portfolio. The property is a specialist store that was built in 2008 on a plot of land measuring around 6,500 m² and has a lettable area of approx. 2,550 m², which is fully let to the Hammer furnishing chain on a long-term basis. In addition to a car park with almost 80 parking spaces, the property also includes a solar system installed on the roof. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
