Osnabrück: Lahav acquires DIY anchored retail parc

The in Israel based Lahav Family Offices has acquired another retail parc via DRIA GmbH. The transaction was structed as a share deal. The property has a total lettable size of 5.200 m² and is anchored by the DIY retailer tedox. The total land area is 11.100 m² and located in a commercial area of Osnabrück. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
