Obersontheim: DRIA GmbH sells a new built petrol station

In the last year a new petrol station was built in a good traffic location of the commune Obersontheim in Baden-Württemberg. The AGIP petrol station got realized on a plot of app. 3.002 m², which a Palatine Family Office currently has acquired. DRIA GmbH acted as intermediary for the buyer. The seller is a company from Bavaria. The parties agreed not to disclose the value of the transaction.
