Neustadt in Holstein: LAHAV Family Office sells another non-core retail property

The Israeli LAHAV Family Office, which gets exclusively represented by DRIA GmbH in Germany, has currently sold a further retail property out of their portfolio. Buyer is a local private investor from Schleswig-Holstein. The property was built in the 90´s on a plot of app. 5.414 m² and has a rentable space of app. 1.526 m², whereof app. 1.022 m² are long-term let to the anchor tenant, Dänisches Bettenlager. The remaining space is occupied by a Trigema and a Birkenstock Outlet. The property was sold as it was not part of the core portfolio strategy and as Lahav so far has no other properties in the most Northern state of Germany. The parties agreed not to disclose the value of the transaction.
