Neunkirchen: Competition stimulates business – B&B Hotels comes to Neunkirchen

As part of its asset management mandate for the LAHAV family office, DRIA GmbH has currently obtained planning permission for a B&B hotel in Neunkirchen an der Saar. The future property is intended as a redensification on a retail park of around 20,500 m² on which the French sports retailer Decathlon and a sports studio have already set up shop.

A 3-storey modern hotel complex with a gross floor area of approx. 2,348 m² and a total of 95 rooms and 216 beds will be built on the site, which has good transport links and is located diagonally opposite the “Saarpark-Center” and in the direct vicinity of the “Holiday-Inn Express”. A long-term lease agreement with the B&B Hotels Germany GmbH hotel chain, which operates throughout Germany, has already been concluded for the site, guaranteeing an expansion of the brand hotel business for the benefit of guests. Completion is scheduled for Q4 2026 at the latest, meaning that construction work is set to begin in the second half of this year.
