Naumburg: Israeli Family Office LAHAV sells retail property

DRIA GmbH recently sold a property from the LAHAV Family Office’s existing portfolio to a real estate company from Hamburg. The property is an approximately 1,100 m² Netto store built on a plot of land measuring approximately 4,505 m².

Netto has been located at the site since 1992. A new building for the discounter is planned on the site, which the new owner will implement in the near future. DRIA GmbH had already initiated the basic planning and re-letting to Netto before the sale of the property. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
