Mönchengladbach: DRIA GmbH brokers retail property to Titan Group

Titan Group recently acquired a retail property in Mönchengladbach through the mediation of DRIA GmbH. The property was built in 2009 / 2010 on a plot of around 2,033 m² within a retail agglomeration that includes other food retail discounters as well as specialist stores from other sectors. Accordingly, local customers benefit from the respective synergy effects. The rental space of approx. 672 m² has been let to the pet shop Fressnapf since 2010. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
