In a central location in the Waldhausen district of Mönchengladbach, a family office from Baden-Württemberg with a background in the automotive sector, recently acquired a HIT consumer market with the help of DRIA GmbH. The full-range retailer with an area of around 3,677 m² was built in a former factory building and has been let to HIT / Dohle Group since the end of the 1970s.
In addition, approx. 3,509 m² are let to Centershop. A residential building of around 92 m², which is permanently let, is also part of the property as well as 140 customer parking spaces. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
