Exclusively mandated by a Dortmund based family office, DRIA GmbH has acquired a commercial center, anchored by a bio supermarket, in Mönchengladbach for their client. The property was modernized in 2012 and extended for the supermarket chain denn´s Bio in 2015. The total rentable area is 3.649 m², of which ca. 660 m² are let to the supermarket, is splitted up into 11 units. The acquisition was done through an auction process via a local insolvency administrator.
