Magdeburg: DRIA GmbH sells a retail property to a Cologne based investor

Within a short time, DRIA GmbH sold a 2nd retail property to a Cologne based investor. The first object was a shopping center in Hannover, now followed by a Rewe supermarket in Magdeburg. The property was built in 2000 on a plot of app. 11.432 m² and has a rentable space of app. 2.200 m², which is long-termed rented to the retail chain REWE. The seller, CO1-Century Grundstücks S.á.r.l. based in Luxemberg, is represented by DRIA GmbH as full service assetmanager. Additional transaction will follow shortly.
