Lippstadt: DRIA GmbH in cooperation with Hillemeyer Immobilien will develop a new hotel building

All permits have been obtained, the rental agreement has been signed and the planning has been finalised – the starting signal for the first hotel development, which DRIA GmbH will carry out entirely on its own in cooperation with Hillemeyer Immobilien GmbH.

A hotel with 98 guest rooms on an area of around 3.028 m² will be built on a plot of almost 3.000 m², just a few hundred metres from the city centre and Lippstadt train station. Completion is scheduled for 2025.

The well-known B&B hotel chain has been secured as tenant and has signed a 25-year lease contract for the site. The property will be built in line with the tenant’s latest concept. The property will also provide hotel guests with 48 parking spaces, 10 of which will include e-charging points.
