LAHAV has reached its annual target – the last acquisition takes place in Mönchengladbach

Following the recent acquisitions of various retail centers from Moers to Aue, the Israeli LAHAV Family Office has now completed its growth course for 2019 with a purchase in Mönchengladbach. The property acquired through DRIA GmbH is a LIDL market in Mönchengladbach, which was acquired as part of a share deal.

The property with a rental area of ​​1,370 m² was built in 2005. In addition to the good location, among other things, the existing construction reserves were decisive for the investment. For 2020, further acquisitions and sales in the three-digit million euro range are planned, whereby the management of DRIA GmbH is optimistic that this goal will also be achieved due to the existing networks.
