Kochel am See: DRIA GmbH sells a local kik fashion store

With the support of DRIA, a private investor from Landsberg has currently acquired a stationary retail fashion store in the Bavarian city Kochel am See. The property was built in 2010 on a plot of app. 1.551 m² and has a rentable space of app. 639 m², which is let to the fashion discounter kik. Kik has just extended the lease contract prior to the sale. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
