Kamp-Lintfort: Interra buys retail park

Together with a family office, Interra acquired the retail park Moerser Strasse 221-223 in Kamp-Lintfort. The sellers are two private families. The property, which was completed in 2002, has 6.000 m² of space for retail, offices and medical practices. It was built on a plot of approx. 4,900 m² between the pedestrian zone and the real hyper-market. The new owners acquired the property for their long term portfolio and plan to develop the property accordingly. DRIA GmbH from Heinsberg acted as a consultant for the buyer side.
