INTERRA bought shopping center in Linz

The INTERRA Immobilien AG has currently acquired a shopping center in Linz am Rhein.  The object has a rentable space of app. 11.000 m². INTERRA has already started with the development of the property.  The center was built in 1990 and got mordernized in 2011. Actually it has a high vacancy rate. Now the INTERRA Immobilien AG will quickly act, so that the center gots attractive again for existing and new tenants. First negotiations with prospective customers are in progress. To the actual tenants belong well-known retailers like Aldi, Deichmann, Ernsting’s family, KiK and TEDi as well as different local companies. The property with a space of app. 10.802 m² offers a huge potential and the possibilty to change the layout of the spaces. Constructional the building is suited for a multiplicity of tenants from the sectores trading, commercial and service. The DRIA GmbH mediated the transaction.
