Heinsberg & Erkelenz: DRIA GmbH sells 2 A.T.U.´s to German Family Office

Currently a German Family Office acquired two A.T.U. service center in the district Heinsberg by the help of the DRIA GmbH. Seller of both properties is a Dutch Family Office. The buildings are situated in good traffic locations of the cities Heinsberg and Erkelenz, which are long-termed let to the car-service company Auto Teile Unger, who signed a triple-net lease contract for both objects. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
