Hattorf: The German Konsum REIT-AG acquired a Penny market

With the help of the DRIA GmbH the German Konsum REIT-AG has currently acquired a discounter in Hattorf am Harz (Lower Saxony). The property was built on a plot of app. 3.562 m² and has a rentable space of app. 1.007 m².  Anchor tenant with a space of app. 887 m² is the REWE subsidiary company Penny. Penny is already established at the place since the nineties. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
