Hankensbüttel: LAHAV Family Office sold a beverage store out of their portfolio

The Israeli LAHAV Family-Office has recently sold a stationary retail property to a Cologne based investor via DRIA GmbH. The retail store was built in the 90´s for a Lidl discount supermarket on a plot of app. 5.482 m² and has a rentable space of app. 935 m². LAHAV had acquired the market as part of a portfolio transaction with 17 retail properties in 2016. At the time of the acquisition, the market was not occupied. With the help of DRIA´s team, Hol`Ab became the occupier in 2017 and is still the tenant occupying 100 % of the area in Hankensbüttel. LAHAV plans, beside the strategical sale of mainly smaller properties, the extension of their German portfolio. DRIA is acting exclusively for the Family Office on all matters in Germany.
