PAREF Gestion continues to invest in Germany on behalf of its Novapierre Allemagne 2 SCPI and has recently acquired a retail park in Hamm with the help of DRIA GmbH. The property, which was completely renovated in 2017, is 100% let to Kaufland, Germany’s leading food retailer, which has been present on the site since 2003.
