Gräfenhainichen: DRIA GmbH brokers retail centre to listed company

A listed company from Bavaria recently added a fully let retail property in Gräfenhainichen (Saxony-Anhalt) to its portfolio. The shopping centre was built in the early 1990s on a site of around 24,000 m² and has undergone various expansion and revitalisation measures within the last few years. The property has a total lettable area of 8,200 m², more than half of which is let to a DIY store and the Woolworth retail chain. The brokerage activities were carried out by DRIA GmbH in the context of the transaction. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
