Goslar: Rheinland-Palatinate based investor acquires retail park

In cooperation with Hillemeyer Immobilien GmbH from Lippstadt, DRIA GmbH recently brokered a retail park in Goslar, Lower Saxony, to an investor from Rhineland-Palatinate. The property was built on a plot of around 6,724 m² and has a rental area of approx. 3,147 m², of which around 1,322 m² are leased to the anchor tenant ALDI. In addition, fashion discounter Kik has settled at the location. Another retail space, which until recently was leased to Fressnapf and Rossmann, as well as 2 office units are also part of the center. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
