Gevelsberg: DRIA GmbH acquires a retail park for an Israeli family office

The Israeli family office, which is advised by DRIA GmbH on purchases throughout Germany, has acquired a retail park located in a commercial area of Gevelsberg.

The property was built in 1993 on an area of around 15,200 m² and consists of 2 building structures with a total lettable area of around 4,966 m². The anchor tenant with an area of around 3,834 m² is the furnishing discounter tedox, which itself recently invested around € 2 million in modernisations in the location and at the same time extended its lease. In addition to tedox, Denn’s Biomarkt and a dental practice are also settled here. The seller was advised on the transaction by Lührmann Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG from Düsseldorf. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
