With the help from DRIA GmbH a investor from Bonn has currently acquired a residential- & commercial building in Gelsenkirchen. The property is situated directly in the city center, at one of the main shopping streets and has a total rentable space of app. 549 m² with a commercial unit in the ground floor and 4 non-developed upper floors. Due to the extension and refurbishment of the 4 floors into living space, the buyer will sustainably increase the value of the property. The parties decided not to disclose the purchase price.
