Geisenhausen: DRIA GmbH acquired a retail center for Australian Family Office

The Australian Moonshine Family Office, which gets represented in Germany by the DRIA GmbH, has currently acquired a retail center in Geisenhausen, that is located app. 60 km away from Munich. The property was built in 2009 on a plot of app. 8.196 m² and has a rentable space of app. 2.000 m², whereof app. 1.146 m² are let to the anchor tenant and DIY store FISHBULL. Further tenants are the fashion store NKD as well as the beverage store Markgrafen. As part of the the asset-management mandate the DRIA GmbH has extended the lease contracts with both tenants. Due to the extension Markgrafen will invest into the space and modernize the outlet format.
