Ettlingen: Israeli Family Office LAHAV sells Netto market from it´s portfolio

DRIA has recently mediated the sale of a supermarket to a local investor for the LAHAV Family Office. The plot sold is around 3.387 m² in size and has been used for commercial purposes since the 1980s.  The current operator in site is Netto running a discount store.

While additional strategic sales are planned, the Israeli Family Office LAHAV is planning to increase the German portfolio as a whole.
