Eching near Munich: LAHAV becomes the new owner of the French furniture store MAISONS DU MONDE

The Israeli LAHAV Family Office is continuing its shopping spree and recently added another commercial property to its portfolio in Eching, Bavaria. The property is a furniture and interior design store of the French brand MAISONS DU MONDE.
The property, which is located around 18 km north of Munich city centre, was built in 2002 on a plot of around 10,665 m² and has been let to the MAISONS furniture shop since mid-2014.

A wide range of furnishings in a modern style is offered on an area of almost 9,000 m². Customers also have access to 120 car parking spaces on the property. The transaction was accompanied by DRIA GmbH from Mönchengladbach, which has also been commissioned with the future asset management of the property. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
