Dürröhrsdorf-Dittersbach: DRIA GmbH brokers supermarket to a listed real estate company

Thanks to the brokerage activities of DRIA GmbH, a listed real estate company from Bavaria was able to acquire a supermarket in Dürröhrsdorf-Dittersbach in Saxony, which is around 25 km from the state capital Dresden. The fully let property was built in 2008 on a plot of around 3,380 m² and has a lettable area of approx. 931 m², which is let long-term to the retail chain Edeka. Edeka has been located at the site since the completion of the property and operates a Diska store here, which is responsible for the basic supply of the community. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
