DRIA GmbH sells a commercial property in Hückelhoven

DRIA GmbH, which was founded at the beginning of this year by Alexander Dahlke and further shareholders, has successfully closed a new transaction by selling a commercial property in the former “hometown” Hückelhoven.

The property was built in 1994 on a plot of app. 2.500 m² and has a total rentable space of app. 1.100 m² with an office area and a production-/storage hall. With the support of DRIA GmbH a company from Leipzig acquired the property from a local private investor from Hückelhoven.
