DRIA GmbH mediates to Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG

Dahlke Real Estate Investment- und Assetmanagement GmbH (DRIA) recently brokered two properties to Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG. Both properties are retail parks, one property is situated in Stendal (Saxony-Anhalt) and the second property is situated in Rövershagen (Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania). The total rental space in Stendal and Rövershagen is approximately 20,500 m². Anchor tenants in Stendal include Roller, tedox and Dänisches Bettenlager. The anchor tenant in Rövershaven is Penny.

Besides the attractive yield, the customer-oriented tenant mix and the locations within the municipalities were also decisive factors for the purchase. With these purchases, the existing portfolio of Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG is optimally supplemented and the expansion course of Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG continues in line with the strategy, even in times of Corona.
