DRIA GmbH develops a new highlight within the commercial area Aachener Kreuz

The property, formerly occupied by Medimax and located within Wuerselen´s commercial area, is being converted into a modern commercial building with retail and gastronomy areas. The 90s complex, which was last used by Medimax on two floors, is being adapted to the needs of modern retail and gastronomy concepts. In this context, the floors will be separated from each other and a newly designed exterior façade will be implemented. By the time of completion in spring 2021, the nearly 3,700 m² area will be completely renovated and equipped with a new usage concept. On the ground floor, the fishing and hunting sports chain Askari as well as the national kitchen specialist Marquard Küchen will share the spaces. The concept is rounded off on the upper floor by the Asian gastronomy chain Gourmet-Tempel with a total of 560 seats. The marketing of the spaces was supported by Hillemeyer Immobilien GmbH. The new conception, the procurement of building permits and the structural implementation were carried out by DRIA GmbH on behalf of the Israeli Lahav Family Office.
