The Israeli LAHAV Family Office continues its expansion in the German retail sector: Following the acquisition of two DIY stores and two retail parks, another shopping center in Dormagen has now been acquired.
The fully leased property is located on a plot of app. 9,000 m² in an established commercial area with direct access to the A57 motorway. Well-known anchor tenants such as Trinkgut, JYSK, and Fressnapf present a diverse range of products on app. 3,500 m² of rental space. There are 110 parking spaces available for customers.
DRIA GmbH oversaw the purchase process and will also take over the subsequent asset management. The seller was advised by the Cologne office of Bridgehouse Law Germany. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
